I’ve always wanted to end trading before the 1st game.
That we would all prepare our teams in the off season .
I know this is not popular, but I would like to try it.

I don't know how I feel about this proposal, but I am happy to at least put it on the ballot.

Seeing all the movement in the NFL right now, I think it has merit.

with all the usual bullshit about tanking that comes up; doesn't this just encourage it? you always had your good, bad and undecided; now the undecided won't even play half a season to determine if their team has a chance and possibly trade to improve.... they decide before we even start that they can't make it and you lose the teams that used to be competitive for part of a season at least ....

Bay City, possible or we find that there becomes more teams that remain competitive during the season. I don’t know, we’ve never tried it. Also, the idea of just playing the games during the season sounds really good. And it would lighten the administrative load in season.

The current trading rules are not an administrative burden for me.

This proposal does not yet have the necessary three other coaches supporting it to bring it to a vote.
